Nextwave Baja is a family-owned Quad-Lock distributorship and construction hub located in Todos Santos, dedicated to the most up to date ways of building and serving the BCS since 2015. Our role as an importer of Quad-Lock extends to connecting owners and builders with local project architecture, builders, and oversight of Quad-Lock installation. ICF building system is a lightweight material made of EPS(expanded polystyrene) thermal insulation that doubles as the form for solid concrete pours, designed as an environmentally sustainable quantum leap in the construction process and new standard of quality. 

In 2007 La Concha Pearl de La Paz 7-story condos was built out of Quad-Lock with maximum comfort, energy efficiency, and disaster resistance in mind.
